House Completion

No, I haven’t been secretly building a house before anyone pipes up.

There’s is nothing I like more than catching up on some of my favorite TV Shows. The way they drag you in and get you hooked, then leave you on a huge cliff hanger where you can’t wait to get your not fix of House MD, New Girl, The Walking Dead or Big Bang Theory.

About 6 months ago when I had pretty much rounded up all my TV shows that I had left to watch I found myself quite bored with nothing new coming out until September 12 when the new seasons of most shows restart. Continue reading →

Twilight Fail

I did something tonight that I’ve never done in my life.

Me and @RebekahEsme decided to go to the cinema to go and watch ‘In Time’ again as we loved it that much when we first saw it.

We checked it out online and found it was showing in Vue Sheffield at 8.35PM.

So off we went to sheffield meadowhall. Two tickets purchased and a diet coke we then went to the screen.

We were told screen 5 so we went into what we ‘thought’ was screen 5. Sat down in our seats and watched the crap that comes on before the film.

It got to about 9 o’clock and then the main event started. Twilight: Breaking Dawn – Part 1.

Shit was my first thought. @RebekahEsme suggested walking out but I went against it and said #InTime would of already started.

So we decided to watch Twi-shite. I think I could say it was the worst film I’ve ever seen. How anyone can buzz over it is beyond me. But meh, each to there own I guess.

I just thought I’d share this with you. Personally I blame @RebekahEsme, but then again, I would. HA

In Time

Just been to seen ‘In Time’ at cineworld cinemas in sheffield. We went to the 9.30 viewing and just made it in the nick of time due to some neat driving from @RebekahEsme. The film itself was brilliant. If you haven’t seen it yet, I definitely recommend you go.

If you don’t know what its about ill give you a small synopsis.

Your life runs around time. You use time to buy things, go places and to also live.

The idea behind it was that you have to keep enough time to get through the day.

I don’t want to say anymore as ill end up spoiling the film but you should definitely go and see it!

Paranormal Activity 3

Hey guys.

Went to see this film at Cineworld Middlesborough last night @ 9.40 pm.

I went with my GF who i had to lie to to get her there. Told her we where going to a surprise, then she kinda caught on about paranormal activity. She still lasted through it though.

SPOILERS BELOW

The film itself wasnt that good i didnt think. It was quite short and the story line confused me a bit. It was very jumpy though and there was some good bits in it. I probably wouldn’t recommend anyone to go and see it.

In my opinion number 2 was the best one!

Johnny English Reborn

I went to see this film last week with my GF.

Alls i can say is it is flipping brilliant. I loved the first one and thought the 2nd might be a bit of a let down but i was definatly wrong.

It so funny. I actually had tears at one point when he is on the chair. The story is funny and you dont feel board when watching it.

Id tell anyone to go and see this movie.

Lion King 3D

Went to see the new lion king last night at the Showcase cinema, Teesside park.

Havn’t seen this film since i was a kid so couldnt really remember what it was like. Just remember the song ‘The circle of lifeeeeeee’ (Love that bit).

I always wondered how they make an old 2D film into a 3D film. I understand filming new films with 3D cameras is alot easier but never really understood the transformation for old films. Anyways, they did a decent job. Obviously it wasnt all 3D (Films never are) but it was a really good film to watch which brought back some child hood memories.

Id advise anyone to go and see it if it is possible. Try not to go to the showcase though as they charged me £21 for 2 adult tickets and 2 glasses. Ripoff.
