Gym Time

So, after our failed attempt on tuesday, me and @Cadab finally got to the gym.

We went to Fitness First on Yarm Road, stockton. I had never been for a workout in this gym. Just merely stuck my head in to see what they offered.

It is only small which was a surprise at first as it looks bigger from the outside. It is full of cardio machines like bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines and treadmills. They do have alot of free weights up stairs and some weight benches down the bottom.

We just did some cardio tonight using the cross trainer, treadmill and jammy even had ago on the bikes. It was a good workout considering i havnt been to the gym in what feels like ages. Im going to go back tomorrow and sign up for 4 months and see if i can keep up my appearance there. (Maybe ill go more than twice eh @RebekahEsme ?)

Anyways, i feel shattered now, feel my eye lids trying to close so im going to wrap this up and say goodnight.

Lose 1 stone in 30 Days

I got a surprising text on sunday night off my Uncle James. He asked me to be Usher at his wedding. I was overjoyed and replied promptly with excitement.

He then told me suit fitting was the 30th of December. Yeh, next month. 30 days from the day I’m writing this post.

My plans is I wanted to lose a bit of weight for a bit, and this just might be the kick up the arse I need.

1 stone might seem a bit extreme in 30 days but I’m going to try and hit the target, or get as close as I can to it.

Ill try and keep the blog up-to-date as I go, but I usually forget with having such a busy lifestyle. Haha.

Day 14

What a mentle day. I’m soo bloody tired.

After having a massive weekend ( which ill blog about tomorrow when I’m on the computer ) in york and in leeds I ended up having about 3 hours sleep all weekend.

So as you can imagine I was flipping knackered. Ruined in fact.

Well today I’ve been back on the training. I had a good weekend really, didn’t eat hardly anything not because I wasn’t hungry, because I was so ill. (Yes, all drink related).

Today, I’ve started as I mean to go on.

Breakfast at 10AM
- 2 x Poached Eggs on brown toast
- Orange Juice

Lunch
- Jacket potato and beans.
- Orange Juice

Dinner
- Chicken Pasta
- Yoghurt

So as you can see. A pretty healthy day. We are going swimming tomorrow and I have footy on wednesday so a pretty active week. :)

Day 9

Its the end of day 9.

After a really good game of footy and a nice shower im sat on the sofa watching men behaving badly.

For tea tonight i had some nice spag bol. Was lush. Finished it off with a strawberry yoghurt. Perfect!!

Well, thats all i wented to say. Going to go to bed soon as im knackered.

Day 9

Well, its day 9 today.

I started work at 7.30 today, bit later than normally.

Anyways, today, i had my breakfast at 10.

- Orange Juice
- 2 Poached Eggs on brown toast.

Then for dinner, ive had

- Tin of tomato soup
- Some jacobs crackers

Over the day ive also snacked on an apple and an orange.

I wont be doing any excercise tonight as ive got a footy match after work and will no doubt be knackered after work. I think its hopefully going to be another 7.30 start in the morning and that means i get another nice lay in. Wahoo!

Day 4 – 8

Well, i have not had much access to my blog as of late and have not recently updated.

I have still been cracking on with my keep fit excercise over the weekend. Ive received my new ‘Ab Circle Pro’.

So i went on that 15 minutes on the morning and 15 minutes on the evening and did that over the weekend aswell as my other excercise. Its actually quite good and you dont really feel that you are on it for as long as you are.

Anyways, im going to try and keep this up-to-date from today but we shall see how that goes. Ha
