A home for my personal dieting and training ramblings.

Day 3

Well its 6AM in the morning and I’m just about to start work.

I’m aching quite a bit from doing exercise last night. Mainly in the Stomach/Abs as I do a lot of crunches.

Arms are also hurting a bit from doing a few more reps as normal but I know its for the best.

For today I have a pot of tomato and basil pasta and then for the drive home later I have a ham role.

Hopefully, that , plus my eggs for breakfast will take me nicely until tea time tonight.

Day 2

Well its been another hard day buy i feel immense now for some reason.

Last night i went to bed. Was tired from the training i had done.

Woke up this morning, and my abs where hurting. Still, i just got on with it. I have not ate much today. Heres what i had..

Breakfast at 10AM
- Poached egg on brown toast
- Apple

Lunch at 1PM
- Jacket Potato with Beans
- Apple & Orange

Dinner at 7PM
- 2 Chicken breast

I feel ive done pretty well. Still feel hungry, but after my training, i just feel more tired. So thats why im now off to bed.

G’night. :)

Time for sleeps

Well, I’m off to bed now.

Had a good first day, I’ve ate well and healthy, done my work out and now I feel drowned.

One episode of Jersey Shore and that will do me!

Day 1 – Lunch time

After doing a little workout last night I’ve and waking up this morning feeling a lot better than normal I’ve decided I’m really going to go for it hard.

Really going to try and change my diet and do this properly.

Todays items have included;

Breakfast
- 2 Poached eggs on brown toast
- 1 Apple

Lunch
- Tune and Beans
- Apple & Orange

Dinner
- Spaghetti
- Yoghurt

That’s all I’ve had. Not to bad for today i think.

Going to do the same work out as last night aswell. Will update later.
